How did we get here?
In 2006, we started as BeeZee Bodies. We blended behavioural science with real world experience to create our “habit before the habit” approach – helping people make lasting changes.
Our flagship programme, BeeZee Families, expanded across the country, bringing fun and practical support to help families lead healthier lives.
Knowing our method worked, we created more innovative programmes like BeeZee Adults, Gutless, and BeeZee Youth – designed to support even more people, just like you.
In 2019, we won the RSPH Health and Wellbeing award for our work with children and young people on our BeeZee Families programme.
In 2022, we became part of Maximus - a global leader in health and employment services. We had a name change! No more BeeZee Bodies (or capital Z's) now we're Beezee by Maximus.
We continue to deliver free healthy lifestyle programmes to encourage people of all ages to make long-lasting habits. Plus we run new pilots to constantly keep learning.
